Roles & Responsiblities
Managing On Roll team Sales Officers,managing General Trade Covering General Trade Retail Markets
Guiding team to achieve Target on monthly basis, New Market Setup + Infrastructure Setup.
Monitoring the primary & secondary, Create KPI for the Sales/Distribution & Marketing Team and Evaluate. Conduct Business Analysis, Looking after all the Sales and Distribution.
Responsible for Primary & Secondary Of All companey’s Products, All the retail & Wholesale outlets in Sales Officer’s Territory.
Send Proposal Of Target to upper management in according to YOY Performance & Channel Partners then Distribute the finalized Quarterly/Monthly target to SOs/PSM/DSR & Channel Partner given by upper management.
Responsible to Get submit By Sales Officer the all type of claims As Secondary Claims, DSR Salary & Incentive Claim, Display Claim, QPS, ROI Support Claim,Damage Expiry Claim.
Planning, Forecasting & Monitoring Monthly/Quarterly Distributor wise Primary/ Secondary sales.
Managing Distributors/Dealer Return on Investment (ROI) by rationalizing Investments and driving his secondary sales
Ctc: Growth on Current Ctc upto 20LPA
Should be ASM in current company or must have Knowledge of handling Onroll team
