Roles & Responsiblities

  • Coordinate with all A Class Outlets / internal stakeholders to deliver Secondary within the service level agreement norms.
  • Driving revenue growth by developing and executing a sales plan targeting key industries such as A- Class Outlets, Wholesellers, Standalone Outlets services for enterprise loyalty solutions.
  • Closely work with Merchandising Team & Sales Business Team ASM /ASE / Sales Officers to provide detailed input for better targeting of Campaign Execution (Target Customers, SKUs, Multiple Constructs).
  • Implementation and delivery of loyalty program and other customer-related technology in-store, working closely with area managers and Sales Officers in order to meet the required KPIs.
  • Specialist in Customer/Trade Marketing, Consumer Insight led Activations and NPD launch. Expert in driving Share gain. Skilled with Delivery of Top-line, Profitability, BTL/ Marketing Budget Management and Planning & Execution of BTL activities.
  • Customer Marketing, Trade Marketing, Category Management, Buying & Merchandising, Vendor Management & Procurement, Events & Promotion in Sales & Distribution Experience with long tenure . Strategic Planning, In ground Multiple New Brand Launch and Category Extensions. Demonstrated region specific leadership across distribution. Skilled in generating demand through Customer and Trade Marketing initiatives and delivering Business Performance 
  • Keeps and nurture relationships with external agencies and suppliers.
  • Stay updated on CRM and customer loyalty best practices.
  • Maximize throughputs of trade spends (as per agreed norms) and ensure delivery of In Store Visibility and execution as per Company standards & Ensuring weekly drives are Well Planned & executed with passion in Stores
  • Driving objective of maximum free of cost secondary visibility in various formats
  • Ensuring Profitable Secondary Growth in General Trade YOY.
  • Take Complete Ownership of End-to-End Campaign Performance, Analysis & Report.
