  • Managing Sales team, 9 Merchandisers & Promoters, Managing 1 Distributor. Appoint Distributor As per market Potential, Guiding team to achieve Target on monthly basis, Visit Key counter personally, Generating Purchase Order – Po Generation Vendor Management, maintaining healthy relation with the vendors to tap market competition 
  • Deliver Volume, Value Business & Profitability against ABP (Annual Business Plan) for the Chain
  • Execution of monthly promotion with creativity at each store on alignment with our Marketing and Category heads. Visibility in Modern Trade is a key factor which is driven with Branch support and team relation with chains. 
  • Review of business with Chains store team and Category Manager on driving the category with their support every Month 
  • Driving the TOT parameters with Chains to drive effective and sustainable growth (Effective use of Data      Sharing, Driving multiple visibility 
  • Managing Distributors Return on Investment (ROI) by rationalizing Investments and driving his secondary sales
